What is your return & refund policy?

Return unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days from date of purchase for a store credit. If you return your entire order within the 14 days, we will give you a full store credit minus shipping charges incurred by us. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Receipt must be provided. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return after we receive it. No returns on holiday items after said holiday. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. We cannot guarantee a size exchange due to limited quantities. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items ordered through pre-orders, sale items, swim wear, accessories, and personal care items are a final sale.

We do not offer price adjustments and/or store credits after an item has been ordered and shipped. Pre-order items are NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are ordered “ especially for you” before production, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-sale orders are non-refundable. Exchanges on pre-sale items are accepted if they are returned to us within 14 days from the day they are delivered to you. Please email BEFORE you ship your item back for approval customerservice@purpleowlboutique.com. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of a store credit that can be used to purchase any items available for sale at Purple Owl

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed Monday-Friday; however during peak times of year shipping can take up to 72 hours. If you require an order to be shipped immediately, or require expedited shipping please reach out to angela@purpleowlboutique.com.

We currently only ship within the U.S and Canada.

If for some reason your package goes missing in transit, and it’s not able to be located after search efforts by us and USPS, UPS or FedEx, we will issue you a refund. Unfortunately once a package is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package, and can not help replace its contents. We do offer signature confirmation on all orders for a small fee.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer expedited shipping as well as a free shipping option on orders that meet a predetermined minimum order amount. Shipping prices are subject to change at any time and might not apply to all sales or discounted items. If you are purchasing only Baby Bling Bows, shipping is free over $20 with coupon code 'bows.' Shipping costs might vary on sales and/or promotional items.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time the only other country we ship to is Canada.

How are packages shipped?

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

What is your Preorders/Presale Policy?

Pre-order items are NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are ordered “ especially for you” before production, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-sale orders are non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations or returns on Kickee Preorder or Presale items. These are special made orders and are final sale. We offer DOWN PAYMENT codes on KicKee Pants Preorders and Presales. These down payments are non-refundable, and they are as such, down payment codes (not sale/clearance/percentage off codes). You will receive a separate invoice via PayPal for the remaining balance from your preorder/presale once we receive shipping confirmation from KicKee Pants. This is typically 2-3 weeks after the Presale/Release date.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We're obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered within the state of IL. However, tax laws and requirements are constantly changing. If you are being charged tax and are outside of IL it means we had to follow a new requirement to collect taxes on purchases made in your state.
